The Audiovisual Specialist at RAND will specialize in administering, monitoring, and supporting AV technologies, with a focus on supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms environments, video conferencing (secure and otherwise), and Zoom meeting support for board meetings, conferences, outreach events, staff meetings, and overall user AV support at the Washington, DC office.   Working closely with the East Coast AV lead and reporting to the AV technology manager, this individual will oversee the production and support of complex live events and virtual meetings, with a high-level focus on customer service and hospitality.   Duties Support users in a research environment with Microsoft Teams Rooms, and standard AV meeting support
