Under the general supervision of the Assistant Director, the Building Operations Coordinator (BOC) for the Highlander Union Building (HUB) is a critical member that makes independent decisions and leads services throughout the building. The BOC will help assist the building operations that include: Digital Signage, Lost & Found, Equipment Rental, Latitude 55 Gaming Area, and customer satisfaction analysis. The BOC is responsible for direct supervision and direction over the HUB Service Associates and all Highlander Union Building service areas including the Information Desk, Latitude 55 Lounge, and Student Success Center.
