The Project Manager is to ensure the timely completion of all assigned installations, whether it be new construction or existing. Including assisting with the creation of, managing and delivery of all supporting documentation, within or under budget and congruent to company standards. This includes the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific assigned projects ensuring consistency with company policies, goals and standards. The Project Manager will work closely with the sales department and assist with quoting and invoicing, for accurate bookkeeping. The Project Manager reports to the Vice President of Sales and Installation
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the completion of all installations.
Creation of and management of all project budgets
Overseeing of project margins and ensuring they adhere to company policy
Design and specifying of systems for quoting and installation
Creation of and management for department standards and policies
Manage the efficient collaboration and communication of Integration Sales and Project Management
Manage a proper and timely project schedule
Ensure projects are completed within budget
The Installation Manager shall possess a minimum of a Bachelors Degree or five years experience in the industry with two years supervisory experience in the electronics systems contracting industry or similar field and posses a CTS or specialized CTS certification. The Installation Manager should possess knowledge of contractor issues, labor relations, project management issues, job costing and be skilled in supervising and managing people.
Travel:
It is expected that this position will require a moderate to considerable amount of travel to customer and vendor sites.

Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date.
Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.
Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation.
Valid and current drivers license.
Physical, Mental and Environmental Requirements:
Employee is required to stand, walk, climb, sit and use hands and fingers.
Some heavy lifting of objects is required.
Reaching, grasping and carrying activities also required.
Ability to operate hand and power tools.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be severe as found on a typical construction project.
Although most work is performed inside, occasional outside activities are subject to seasonal temperature fluctuations.
