Hands on low voltage training assisting on job sites with field operations construction related projects and service calls as needed under the direction of field operations leadership. LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be able to travel as needed to other jobsites including sites that may be out of state.
- Assist with structural fabrication for TV installation and installation of other devices such as loudspeakers.
- Assist with running cabling as needed along or above ceiling structure or within wall spaces and termination to devices.
- Assist with unpacking and assembling of mounting hardware, devices, and cleanup of jobsite including breaking down boxes and emptying trash.
Working conditions
This is a construction-based job. Employee must be willing to work in construction environment and exercise safety practices.
Physical requirements
Employee must be able to sit, kneel, or stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects, do repetitive tasks and be in good physical health.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school education preferred.
- Ability to work with hand tools.
- Must have current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be willing to undergo random drug testing.
- Construction-related experience preferred.
- Willing to work on scissor lifts, scaffolding, and tall ladders as well as satellite dish assembly on commercial building roofs.
Job Type: Part-Time/Full Time
Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour based on experience.
