Communications Administrative Assistant
Port Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our Communications team! This position will execute and manage general accounting transactions, covering a broad range of functions including but not limited to, processing daily accounting transactions and activities, while providing support to the Director of Communications. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performing basic clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail and deliveries, shipping, etc. Entering and maintaining requisitions for Communications related expenses Preparing and tracking purchase orders Handling account analysis and account coding Fact-checking invoices for payment and processing
