Job DescriptionThe Director of IT Service Management will report to the VP of Infrastructure & Operations. The position provides leadership, coaching, supervision, and strategic direction to the team responsible for increasing customer satisfaction with end-user devices, telephony, audio/visual, video conferencing, software, and licensing.
