As Powersoft continues to expand our Operations in the Americas, we are seeking to hire a full time Inside Sales Coordinator.
Based at Powersoft’s new US Headquarters in Flanders, NJ, the ideal candidate possesses a strong positive attitude oriented toward providing the highest level of customer service with previous experience in customer service and inside sales. This position serves as the central point of contact for all customer service activities and functions as a liaison between Powersoft’s customers, Sales, Operations, Logistics and Finance Teams. The position will answer to the GM / COO of Powersoft Americas but will be expected to coordinate independently with other departments.
Initiates, coordinates, and executes sales and customer support among all departments.
Verifies accuracy of and ensures Sales Orders are entered and forwarded to accounting and logistics
Gains and retains extensive product application knowledge as well as detailed comprehension of customer's requirements.
Maintains accurate records in company CRM.
Qualifies and distributes inbound sales leads via CRM.
Assists Sales Team in preparation of quotes and sales orders.
Assists Sales Team with tracking and reporting of sales pipeline and opportunities.
Assists GM with Sales Forecasting and other reports as required.
Prepare Sales Commission reports for Finance.
Generates and edits complex spreadsheets.
Assists in development and implementation of systems and procedures as needed.
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
Assists with special projects as assigned.
Assists in coordination and planning of trade show and other event participation as required.
May be asked to participate in or travel to business / trade events occasionally.
Skills and experience required:
3+ years of relevant experience in a similar customer support or sales role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient on CRM (SalesForce), MS Office, MS Teams and QuickBooks.

A background in Professional AV is not required but considered a plus.
