King Systems is looking for a Residential & Commercial Audio Visual Technician. The qualified candidate will be installing and servicing Audio Video and Control Systems for Conference Rooms, Business Offices, Retails Spaces and Residential Environments. The position requires attention to detail, detailed job documentation, superior problem solving skills and the utmost customer service is a must.

The job responsibility of the candidate will be installing audio/video equipment, cabling, and validating installations during the commissioning process. The candidate will be transporting equipment to and from a customer’s site in a company provided vehicle. The candidate must posses the ability to trouble-shoot basic audio/video and cabling solutions for proper operations. The candidate should be willing to learn about new technology, be professional, reliable, and looking for long term employment. An interest in A/V, computers, and networking is a plus. King Systems is a national company that requires our team to travel as necessary. We are looking for individuals who can bring their own personal values to enhance and strengthen our growing team.
Experience in the Audio Visual industry is a plus
Ability to troubleshoot
Experiencing installing devices such as televisions, speakers, and other audio/video equipment.
Computer networking experience and or certifications is a plus
Hand tools including a drill and appropriate termination tools
Self-motivated and the ability to perform tasks unsupervised
Must be comfortable using testing equipment, power tools, Hand tools, saws, ladders, scaffolds, lifts, etc
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record is a must
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
Perform installation tasks for projects including but not limited to, cable rough-in, installing components, mounting projectors and displays.
Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
