Summary of Position:
AVIXA is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to join our development team. This candidate is primarily responsible for developing, customizing, maintaining, enhancing, integrating and optimizing Salesforce applications.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Configure and administer Salesforce.com applications and have experience on how to customize and develop features to create a platform that exceeds customer expectations and adheres to development best practices for CRM applications.
Administer and configure Salesforce and automate processes using Salesforce automation tools.
Develop customized solutions with Apex and Lightning Experience.
Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflows.
Collaborate with team members and various internal departments in defining business requirements and implementing solutions.
Acquire understanding of multiple business processes across the organization.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Perform unit testing and manual testing coverage of features prior to deployment.
Train and coach teammates

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent required
At least 1 year of Saleseforce.com administration/development required
Salesforce Administrator Certification required
Salesforce Developer Certification preferred
Technical and Other Skills:
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot
Experience with DevOps tools like ClickDeploy etc.
Excellent analytical, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
Focus on understanding the needs of the customer and solving problems. An interest in understanding business processes and workflows is also crucial to success in the role
Great teamwork, organizational and time-management skills
