Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities — Listen to Customer needs and concerns and diplomatically solve challenges — Update and communicate progress with customers to ensure a positive experience — Analyze, test and resolve digital signage & IPTV software outages — Execute Customer system updates and critical repairs — Advise customers as to best practices for their system operations and maintenance — Save the day, every day.
