Summary of Position: We are looking for a motivated Manager, Digital Communities to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, online communities and networking activities, we would like to meet you. This role will complement our existing Councils’ and Committees’ efforts to extend their reach and deepen engagement across virtual platforms in addition to the Council’s in-person activities. Our ideal candidate has significant experience designing and maintaining digital programs for B2B communities across multiple digital platforms, including modeling their behavior, expanding participation, and managing multiple communities simultaneously. Experience with live events and hybrid events is desired as the function will be enhancing existing council programs with digital interactions in addition to building new. Intimate knowledge of the Professional AV industry is desirable with a solid understanding of the various segments, member persona and their unique perspectives. As a highly engaged customer facing professional, you will need exceptional oral and written communication skills and be able to develop engaging content. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community. Major Duties & Responsibilities:
