Summary of Position:
The Digital Analyst is in charge of helping AVIXA stakeholders completely utilize their Salesforce ecosystem, to guarantee full use of the CRM and connecting systems. This job requires you to survey, create, and break down business processes, administrations, and data to enhance the user’s experience and increment efficiency. A crucial piece of the job will be planning, leading, and conducting meetings with Stakeholders to gather practical requirements needed to help identify business process gaps.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Build a Salesforce training and management plan to help drive user adoption and innovation.
Create business as well as functional requirement documents for each department currently utilizing Salesforce CRM.
Create data flow diagrams and various process flow diagrams to enable a better system of understanding.
Work towards designing and creating the necessary training material and conduct internal training sessions for business users who are using the functionalities of Salesforce technology.
Create visual charts and procedural streamgraphs to inspire a better framework of understanding.
Outline the organization’s hierarchy and create profiles, assign roles and access accordingly in Salesforce; work on the visibility and security settings as are required by the various departments.
Design different custom dashboards as per the user need for different user groups based on their department’s functionalities and requirements.
Translate business requirements into structurally sound solutions that leverage Fonteva and Salesforce environments.
Serve as the technical leader and work with different departments to elicit requirements via interaction design sessions, business process descriptions, use cases, data analysis, and task workflow.
Use technical expertise to design, develop (program), test, document, and deploy high-quality business solutions on the Force.com platform and third-party integrations with Salesforce.
Work with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business needs of the end user.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver initial and ongoing end user training programs to improve platform adoption and utilization.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders regarding the Salesforce project, technology, and functionality.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience Level: minimum of 3 years' experience in Salesforce CRM
Strong introduction, good communication skills (verbal and nonverbal), and relational aptitudes
Ability to juggle and organize various undertakings inside a collective group condition
Demonstrates adaptability and readiness to take the necessary steps to take care of business
Experience in utilizing Salesforce CRM product(s) to create customer or business arrangements
Experience with Fonteva, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Service Cloud a plus
