This individual will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing audio video systems and equipment at the customer's location. These systems can be simple as well as complex with systems control by Crestron, Extron, and AMX.
This person must have a strong work ethic, outstanding communication skills, able to problem solve, with customer service being the priority. A strong understanding of service operations as well as an experienced audio video electronics background is a necessity.
