IMS Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic VP of Operations to assist our team in our growth strategies. We are a fast growing Systems Integration and Event Staging company that focuses on selling and implementing technologies that facilitate video conferencing, web conferencing, dynamic presentations, collaboration and unified communication solutions. The Chief Operating Officer provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the growth strategies, proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency. The COO for our Systems Integration business is a key member of the senior management team, a true leader essential to provide guidance and clarity of purpose, to achieve the next level of success. Someone that can execute through the team, manage to high standards, empower others and drive accountability through active engagement, inspiration and development. All of these necessary attributes will be accomplished through a respectful, constructive and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.
Position Accountabilities and Expectations:
Provide day-to-day leadership and management for all departments within the Systems Integration portion of the organization including Operations, Managed Services, Sales and Marketing in a manner that mirrors the adopted mission and core values of the company.
Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales goals, profitability, cash flow and general business goals and objectives i.e. Independent Contractor Rates, Technician Realization Rates, Partner Utilization and other budgeted key performance metrics.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and exploit opportunities to create value for company clients and employees in the right way, creating sustainability, scalability and investment transparency.
Oversee the development of an effective and high-quality team, with the required skills, competencies and business acumen to serve the Company mission with effectiveness and excellence.
Responsible for input into the creation and execution of financial goals as per annual budget.
Analyze current and future trends and needs and accurately assesses functional responsibilities competitive strengths and vulnerabilities.
Maintain laser focus on meeting the needs of a rapidly scaling business and delivering measurable results. Eager to take on the teams toughest obstacles and create positive outcomes.
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.

Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with primary clients and business partners.
Responsible for developing and sourcing targets for acquisition and managing acquired entities.
Foster a success-oriented, accountable, performance driven environment within the company.
What you will bring:
Five to ten years of executive management experience preferably with an emphasis in technology, systems integration and/or managed services.
A college degree in Business Management or other related field.
10+ years of strong operational and supervisory experience in financial planning and analysis, with previous involvement overseeing human resources, information technology, and legal.
A strategic mind, evident competency in planning and business development
Knowledge and skill of organizational development, personnel management, budget and resource development.
Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
Demonstrated personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to corporate mission.
Flexibility with an able to multitask; the ability to work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions; a demonstrated resourcefulness in setting priorities and guiding investment in people and systems.
Proficiency using MS Office Suite, Proficient PC knowledge and usage
Connectwise or knowledge of CR systems
An aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
Superior written and verbal communication skills
