Supports programming at the Tsai Performance Center. Work with both University groups and external clients to plan and document event setup and technical needs. Execute events with student support staff. Must be skilled in lighting, sound, and media. Provide ongoing equipment maintenance. Strong computer skills are necessary. Coordinate the AV needs of academic classes held at Tsai and setup needs for academic music rehearsals and concerts. Assist with training and supervising student staff, both crew and ushers. Reports to Production Manager.
B.A./B.S. required, three to five years experience in a related field. Varied work schedule; regularly includes evenings and weekends. Experience with Microsoft Office, social media, QLab, Audacity, Lightwright, VectorWorks, ETC lighting consoles, Yamaha digital mixing consoles, and Dante networking preferred.
