Conduct research and provide feedback on content reusability
Assist with set up and maintenance around LCMS metadata, authoring templates, and themes
Assist with governance of content (structure and reusability)
Partner with and train other departments/clients on the system
Assist with account set up and maintenance; Import/export content for translation on other uses.
Manage the educational translation process by coordinating: deadlines, expectations, project scope, and resources, between the Director of International Education and additional internal stakeholders.
Work directly with the external Language Service Provider(s) to communicate International requests and project scopes. Communicate and troubleshoot technical requirements. Obtain cost estimates and invoices.
Maintain documentation around business processes and procedures;
Monitor and maintain governance of tools (how used, licenses);
Provide L3 support to end users and communicate resolution to issues; Work with team to push content from development to production.
Communicate updates and changes to the system/tools and processes;
Collaborate with partners and technical teams on configuration/customizations to the system; Test all changes to business processes or system configuration and update documentation;
Assist with troubleshooting system issues and case submission to vendor; Support application upgrades.
Export for multiple delivery methods
Import/export content for translation or other uses
Coordinate with training developers, graphic developers, video developers, and assessment item writers
Manage association-wide content/assets/information, evaluating using a system to store, document, metadata tag, maintain, edit, search, translate/localize, and extract the industry knowledge (stored as text, graphics, audio, video, etc.) AVIXA continues to accrue.
Upload and manage content created by external vendors
Coordinate access and training for SME reviewers of content in LCMS
Enhance the user experience by collaborating with stakeholders and team members to implement new technologies and methods to support learning strategies, such as: responsive viewers, subscription models, online, virtual, and ILT training.
Maintain documentation around business processes and procedures
3 years’ experience in content management
2 years’ experience in Xapi (Experience api)
Experience in XYLEME a plus
