Assist and support the SVP in driving adoption of Allen & Heath solutions in the United States installation market, across all verticals. Provide technical and logistical support to key influencers, including system design assistance and documentation. Develop relationships with key audio consultants, design/build and integration companies. Work with Allen & Heath UK to develop training curriculum and execute product training for the US sales force and assist with event preparations when needed. Provide feedback market intelligence to Allen & Heath UK.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Deliver appropriate training as required.
Attend trade shows, help with managing technical aspects thereof, man A&H booths at shows.
Aid consultants and installation companies in specifying and setting up complex systems.
Manage relationships with key influencers
Initiate and sustain relationships with key audio consultants and sales organizations.
Initiate and sustain relationships with commercial installation companies and support them in installing and supplying Allen & Heath solutions.
Develop and sustain relationships with key influencers in other vertical markets such as houses of worship, corporate AV, theatre, conferencing, cruise shipping, education, etc.
Help grow A&H brand awareness through user case studies and stories suitable for publication in all media (print, web, social sites etc.).
Weekly activity reporting.
Gather data from influencers, customers, users and the sales channel on products and feedback to Allen & Heath HQ to guide future requirements and represent the voice of the customer.
Deliver market intelligence into the product management process.
High level of experience in the installed commercial sound systems markets
Expert knowledge of the professional audio market and audio networking protocols and deployment.
Minimum 5 years in product support or product management experience
Technical Background, EE Engineering Degree
Knowledge of the Allen & Heath product range
Collaborative team worker
Ability to communicate with audio professionals at high level
Confident representative of sales and marketing team
Ability to travel throughout the USA and internationally
