Heinz College's Information Systems & Management (ISM) programs consistently rank among the world's elite in information technology and information technology management. We have firmly cemented our presence in the global technology marketplace as a thought leader and reliable provider of outstanding graduates for leading organizations. Our Executive Education Programs take an interdisciplinary approach to training senior leaders in technology. We are currently seeking a hands-on Executive Education Events and Communications Coordinator to support the work of these programs, including certificate programs, seminars, and conferences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Coordinating events for executive education programs to include booking classrooms and outside venues, arranging catering, ordering promotional materials, supporting A/V needs, running registration/check in, providing set up and tear down of events, printing badges and tents, arranging transportation and parking for visitors, and coordinating hotel blocks.
Engaging in consistent communications to current and graduated Executive Education students, external clients, and faculty to include in-person during events, as well over phone, email, and virtual social channels.
Supporting the Senior Director of Executive Education's outreach efforts by posting on social media, acting as a marketing liaison, and maintaining current promotional and event materials.
Providing administrative support to the Senior Director of Executive Education by coordinating timelines and materials for deliverables, including student assignments and instructor presentations.

Bachelor's degree required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum of one year of event planning or similar experience required.
Experience working in higher-ed and/or social media experience highly desired.
