About KONTEK Systems, Inc.
KONTEK Systems helps clients integrate audio/video technology in elegant, effective ways that are simple to use. Since our founding in 1988, our client list has grown to include many of North Carolina's most prestigious research universities, medical centers, corporations, and arts facilities. Those clients seek us out for:
our unusually talented design staff. We find creative solutions to the most difficult room and system design problems, and we bring a high level of architectural sensitivity to issues of room layout, interior design, lighting, and acoustics.
-- our deep technical and engineering bench. With services including software development, custom wood and metal fabrication, CAD production, and field support, KONTEK is large enough to handle the biggest regional projects but small enough to provide personal and attentive customer service.
-- our low key sales approach. We have no commissioned sales staff, and work as a team to meet our clients' needs. We limit our practice to design, installation, and support of permanent a/v systems, and we often find small projects to be just as interesting and challenging as large ones.
-- our commitment to responsive, person...al customer service and long term relationships. We understand that our clients cannot afford downtime and need immediate attention when their systems experience problems. We know that new technology can be intimidating to non-technical users, and so we place great emphasis on training, documentation, and support.
