RoomReady is looking to expand our IT service team with a responsible, customer-focused, results driven individual. The Advanced Services Engineer will provide support to field installation teams and clients as it pertains to code implementation, device programming and diagnostics, service tickets, and close out operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in AV installations and troubleshooting. Position will be working from home but must be able to respond to the New York City area for on-site troubleshooting when needed, ideally within 60 minutes of the city.

Skills and Qualifications:
As a Advanced Services Engineer you need excellent communication and customer service skills combined with a technically sound understanding of some of the following: Cisco, Polycom, Crestron, AMX, Extron, Biamp, and other AV/VTC/UCC products.
Specific qualifications for the Advanced Services Engineer position include:
At least 3 years of working as a field installer and/or remote support
Intermediate AV design experience
CTS-I or equivalent experience
Obtain a Cisco ICND within the first 6 months
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to adapt to various business needs.
Must be abreast of industry trends and new technologies.
Must be capable of working well both independently or as part of a team.
Additional Salary Information: Compensation & Benefits
Hiring salary range is $70,000-$85,000. A comprehensive benefits package includes low to no cost employee medical, employer full paid dental, vision, along with a 401(k) option. Paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holidays.
