This position will oversee the event management activities for scheduled events at the Student Center and Event Services. The AV Technician will oversee and direct the activities of employees (full time, part time and student) engaged in providing event coordination, technical support, audio-visual services, security, fire regulation compliance, exhibitor services, and overall client satisfaction during events. They also will coordinate activity with other divisions/sections and supervise event support staff. Responsible areas during events include but are not limited to:
Student Center & Event Services Ring Mall areas Parks, Fields and Plazas on campus Multiple bookable classrooms and lecture halls

Salary: Range $18.14 - $24.66 Total Hours: 8-5, M-F Career Position. Must be willing to work a varied schedule; early morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as workload demands.
Must be willing to be on call during assigned weekends or events.
