DESCRIPTION We are a leading full systems audio soulution manufacturer looking for an AV Sales manager to manage, grow and develop national as well as some international sales. Our technollogies are sold into a wide variety of vertical market segments servcing numerous application driven solutions. The technology is best in class and is shifting spacification descision makers opinions on a large scale.
The position is remote and telecomuting is accepted. Candidate should be specialized in commercial audio equipment sales. Duties include:
Develop and execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the the company's product solutions.
Develop business through multiple marketing and sales techniques.
Nurture relationships with Manufacture's Representatives and be able to manage and motivate them.
Nurture relationships with distribution partners, both in North America and internationally.
Create strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business through solution development and relationship management skills
Abilitry to gain an understadning on the unique sales propositions of the company and be able to translate them into sales and technical solutions for prospective clients.
Drive profitably and grow revenue for target accounts.
Develop new relationships with new integration partners, dealers and consultants.
Adhere to sales process including but not limited to pipeline development and accurate forecasting via internal tools.
Performs extensive proposal writing including plan set markup as as provide a functional narrative of product and system.
Candidate should have reliable internet and a quite space to work from home.
3 years of AV design/ documentation experience as well as ideally 5 years in commercial audio product sales.
Excellent detail orientation and strong organizational and time management skills.
Must be able to interact with all types of individuals and personalities.
Analytical and operational skills to analyze complex issues and implement sensible solutions - Shows persistence and seeks alternatives when obstacles arise.
Ability to sit for long periods of time, view a monitor and work on a keyboard.
CTS certification required, CTS-D or CTS-I preferred.
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: Starting base salary + uncapped commissions. Potential of over $200k – your efforts will drive your results.
