Here’s what you’ll do:
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Effectively manage territory and achieve individual + company/sales goals and objectives.
Develop a strong working knowledge of T1V products and services – become a subject matter expert in T1V technology.
Engage with and manage T1V audio visual channel partners; support sales demo requests and provide guidance as needed.
Actively communicate monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
Provide input to T1V marketing team to develop promotional materials for demos, road shows, trade shows, and channel partner events.
Attend T1V trade shows to demonstrate T1V technology and engage with new leads.
Travel approximately 60%.
Territory will cover Eastern US + Caribbean including states AL, DC, FL, GA, MS, NC, PR, SC, TN, VA
You will work directly with our Eastern US Regional Sales Director, and your success at T1V will be measured by displaying the above qualities, fulfilling key responsibilities to the satisfaction of the sales team, and pushing yourself to improve your role on a daily basis.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. As an added perk, bonuses and stock options are awarded based on performance.

Here’s what you’ll be like:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of pro av experience + technology sales experience
Demonstrated success selling and forecasting SAS based products in a territory.
Effective communication skills; oral, written and presentation.
Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical people.
Preference for contemporary productivity and communication tools (e.g. Skype, Social Media, Telepresence, etc).
Highly competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and by extension, Google Drive.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Highly reliable with ability to think outside of the box when necessary.
Self-motivated, with a sense of urgency and the ability to learn quickly.
Strong writing and presentation skills and extreme attention to detail, with the ability to communicate clearly
Professional demeanor and ability to engage with customers with ease.
Ability to develop relationships internally and externally.
