The purpose of this position is to perform associated tasks with mail delivery, shipping and receiving, support of multi-function (printer/copier/scanner) equipment, paper delivery, floor plan seating updates and various other office and business functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process all incoming and outgoing USPS mail.
Process all incoming and outgoing packages.
Track and record incoming and outgoing mail and package counts.
Communicate effectively when interacting with team members and client associates.
Administer all mail, shipping and receiving supplies, and equipment.
May maintain filing, inventory, mailing and database systems using a computer.
Support multi-function printer/copier/scanner equipment, maintain adequate paper and toner stock at each unit.
Use client's application to record seating of employees in the building.
Assist with conference and training room setups and configuration changes.
May perform technical duties such as working with multi-media software, setting up audio/visual equipment and initiating video conferences.
Other duties may be assigned.
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Minimum 2 years of related experience. Ability to work independently within Microsoft Outlook, Excel and other applications is preferred.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
