Administrative/Clerical/Customer Service, Audiovisual Industry
Summary of Position: The Technical Training Intern will assist the team by providing technical and administrative support for curriculum development.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide technical and administrative assistance for internal video productions.
Coordinate meetings with subject matter experts (SME) and volunteer groups.
Use and learn presentation software, rapid-development tools and image/audio/video software to support learning.
Assist in the storyboarding of multimedia learning objects.
Assist with editing of existing courses in our Learning Content Management System
Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Knowledge of image/audio/video creation and editing software.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Interest in audio, video, photography, and instructional design.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Enrolled in a university technical, education or communications programs preferred.
No experience required, but interest in network and audiovisual technology preferred.
Adobe Creative Cloud knowledge preferred.
Computer or network technology preferred.
