THE JOB: A key member of the Account Team that will drive Kontek’s revenue growth. This is an opportunity to use your talents to make a real difference as we move into new markets and build on our success. We seek a person who will:
Actively pursue new business in target markets
Build, strengthen, and manage current client accounts and develop new client-for-life relationships
Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine the customer’s AV needs, and guide clients through a documented discovery and scoping process
Manage the full sales process from identifying opportunities, providing proposals to closing the sale
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best experience for the customer from initial contact through installation
Maintain accurate client records in CRM tool
Resolve customer complaints
Accountable for maintaining a strong sales pipeline
