Support Analyst I, II or III
Provide support to clients in their use of technology. Functions as a support resource and assist other support staff, providing ongoing guidance to the client and support team. Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to the designated environment. Document resources used, steps taken toward resolution, solutions, and work to provide excellent service and initiatives.
Note: The job description covers both computer support and audiovisual skillsets. We are looking for candidates with more audiovisual skillsets for this position.
Support Analyst I requires Associate Degree earned by the date of hire and 0-1 years of relevant experience.
Support Analyst II requires Associate Degree earned by the date of hire and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Support Analyst III requires Associate Degree earned by the date of hire and 4+ years of relevant experience.
Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience providing the knowledge/skills/abilities listed above may be substituted. Experience in the knowledge/skills/abilities may be earned concurrently.
