A full-time position is available for an outgoing, energetic and motivated individual working with audio video technology. The position requires the candidate to manage and support Integrators, Installers and Retailers in the Metro NY/NJ area.
Assist dealers, engineers and end users with purchase advice by using product specific technical knowledge to support the sales process as well as field questions about product features and explain benefits.
Deliver relevant and memorable audio/video system product demonstrations (on and off site) to support sales force activities and initiatives to create a delightful and educational experience for the customer.
Use innovative customer engagement and creative sales techniques to build and cultivate quality relationships with customers.
Position requires a high level of interpersonal skills.
Candidate should have strong technical skills, good presentation skills, excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Avixa/InfoComm (CTS) and IT related qualifications (COMPTIA, CISCO) highly desired.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the A/V Industry
Network level audio video and live sound (consoles, amplifiers, speakers, processors) experience required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Bi-Lingual a plus.
Strong business acumen.
Candidate must have ability to travel locally and regionally.
