Process, sort and distribute outgoing/incoming mail.
Help and train staff with the FedEx and UPS shipping process
Assist and support staff with copiers, printers, and fax equipment.
Troubleshoot copiers, printers, and mail system.
Restock paper in all copiers, manage and order inventory for office, kitchen, mailroom, and shipping supplies.
Support coverage of Reception to include ability to manage multi-line telephone.
Submit invoices to Accounting Payable. Code invoices related to mailroom in Core Integrator.
Organize office, kitchen, mailroom and shipping supplies.
Prepare class materials and process shipment for Regional Training sessions.
Setup the University Classroom and Lab for meetings and training classes. Coordinate with meeting organizer regarding layout.
Coordinate the recycling of items no longer in use or outdated. Coordinate annual arrangement for shredding confidential documents for every department.
Create and update inventory spreadsheets for the archive storage area and onsite/offsite storage areas.
Hire labor help to move heavy items between onsite and offsite storage areas. Rent moving truck.
Miscellaneous tasks include: Arrange installation of whiteboards, move office furniture when necessary, replace toner cartridges for the copiers and printers, coordinate staging point for the InfoComm show, and setup packing materials for the show shipment.

Education and/or Experience
High School diploma/GED required.
Minimum of 1 year in office administration.
