This position will play a fundamental role in the expansion of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers to support growth objectives. The Inside Sales Manager will be on the phone a majority of the day, reaching out to existing Commercial Audio and Telco Distributors, Contractors, and specific ES School Districts. Discovering, developing, and building relationships with new customers. The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with internal departments; Bogen RSM’s, Technical Support, Customer Service and Marketing.
Self-starter with a proven track record of inside sales management. Diplomatic attitude, strong phone skills and ability to “Think Beyond” the immediate needs of the customer while employing “Extreme” professionalism. Proficient in understanding and following corporate policies and possess the ability to work and interact well with all colleagues in the company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong listening and presentation abilities required. Experience in working with SalesForce.com (SFC). Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and efficiently.

Six to ten years’ experience in sales, marketing, or related field preferred. Business Degree preferred
Work Environment- The work is typically performed in an office/cubical environment.
Physical Demand - The work is typically performed sitting at a desk with intermittent standing and walking. The team member occasionally lifts. May need to push, pull, crawl, squat, etc. A majority of the work will be performed on the phone and computer.
