AV Technician: Must have 1 to 2 years experience in corporate environment Responsible for support of day to day AV operations of a conference center. Strong written and verbal communications skill set is essential. Applicant should have strong customer service skills, be able to effectively service the customer and work occasional nights and weekends as the job demands. Set up and tear down portable equipment. Adhere to all set company, policies and procedures
Consult and assist clients with AV or VC needs.
Set up fixed and portable AV equipment per event needs.
Prepping and testing all presentation material prior to start of the event.
Meet and greet clients at start of the event and provide instructions.
Troubleshoot and assist as needed.
Thorough understanding of audio/visual technologies to include:
Tandberg, Cisco Video Conferencing
Content Sharing Software – Lync
Creston and Control Systems
Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Lync
